Cancellation Policy

PAYMENT A $50 session fee is due at the time of booking. Payment is accepted via Zelle and PayPal only. Your session is not confirmed until payment has been received. All payments are non-refundable. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING • Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice at no additional charge. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will result in forfeiture of the $50 session fee. • Sessions may be rescheduled one (1) time only. Any additional rescheduling requests will require a new booking and payment. NO-SHOWS If you do not attend your scheduled session and have not provided advance notice, your session fee will be forfeited. Future appointments will require a new booking and payment. LATE ARRIVALS Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival. No extensions will be provided. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior communication, your session will be considered a no-show and your payment will be forfeited. WHAT TO EXPECT This 30-minute consulting session is designed to provide focused guidance, strategic insight, and practical next steps for your business. During our time together, we may discuss business structure, operational challenges, systems development, documentation, workflows, or other topics related to your business goals. By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
